What we focus on

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy can alter brain waves and behaviour. Aromatherapy can reduce the perception of stress, increase contentment, and decrease levels of cortisol, the stress hormone.
Nutrition
Foods can be nourishing and calming or stress-inducing and inflammatory. Each day we have a choice to consciously nourish our nervous system and manage our stress with food. We have prepared a specific meal plan to make it easy for you.
Yoga and Meditation
During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
